I love to conduct and music direct! I am currently the conductor and music director for the new North American tour of The Phantom of the Opera. I am also the founding artistic director of Hell's Kitchen Laboratory Orchestra, a project in New York where professional musicians play their secondary instruments.

​​​My other conducting credits include Opera Australia (The Rabbits, West Side Story), National Theatre of Great Britain (The Secret River), New Zealand Opera (The Mikado), Queensland Theatre, Melbourne Theatre Company, Sydney Theatre Company, Broadway, and Music Talks in New York.

​​​​ I am also the music supervisor for Muriel's Wedding, which made its Australian premiere in 2017 and its UK premiere at Leicester CURVE in 2025. For this show, I won a Helpmann Award and a Sydney Theatre Award for Best Music Direction.

​​​I studied conducting at Queensland Conservatorium with Johannes Fritzsch, and have also worked with teachers such as Jorma Panula. This year, I am also a Carlos Miguel Prieto Conducting Fellow​
